Donald Trump Grand Jury Hearing in Manhattan Postponed as Concerns Over Indictment Surface

Manhattan, New York: Former President Donald Trump’s grand jury hearing in Manhattan, New York, was unexpectedly canceled on Wednesday due to an unidentified witness being unable to appear.

The witness was expected to rebut Robert Costello‘s testimony from Monday.

The hearing has been postponed to Thursday, and preparations for the testimony began late Wednesday afternoon.

According to sources, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was concerned after Costello’s testimony.

However, a spokesperson for Bragg’s office denied this.

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen arranged the $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in October 2016 to cover up Daniels’ alleged affair with Trump.

Cohen testified before the grand jury twice last week and is expected to be the prosecution’s star witness if the case were to go to trial.

Bragg is considering charges against Trump for falsifying business records with the intent to violate federal campaign finance rules.
